Based in New Plymouth, Company Directors –Phil and Raewyn have been working with Taranaki businesses for over 30 years, building a solid reputation in the security
industry and strong relationships with their clients and community.

Founded in 2007, Corporate Cleaning Solutions unites professional cleaning services with ensuring the security of their client’s valuable documents and workplaces
for their client’s peace of mind.

Phil Jackson

Director

Phil has over 30+ years experience as a local business owner. Specializing in HR and Operations Management he has a vast knowledge of all aspects of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction and is always ready with a “No Problem” attitude.

Raewyn Jackson

Director

Raewyn has been self-employed for over 30 years assisting Phil with the administration side of the business. Raewyn comes from a background in banking and is experienced in all facets of the business. Raewyn’s role as office manager encompasses all invoicing, accounts, general office administration and payroll by overseeing the administration team.

Ashleigh Walsh

Client Liaison

Ashleigh is your first point of contact in the office and works closely with our clients and administration team to ensure our high expectations are being met. Her role includes quoting, job bookings, washroom product recommendations and marketing. She also oversees the Health and Safety requirements within our business.

Lisa Subecz

Cleaning Supervisor

Lisa’s role is a key to our commitment to providing quality cleaning services. Lisa has many years experience in the cleaning industry and shares her extensive knowledge and cleaning tips when training our team. Lisa carries out the Quality Assurance Reports onsite each month to ensure all cleaning requirements are being met and clients feedback is shared our team.

Taya Caskey

Accounts and Equipment

With a background in both administration and cleaning, Taya looks after our invoicing, product and equipment to ensure our team have everything they need to keep our clients sites looking great.

Jane Kerr

Staff Co-ordinator

Jane co-ordinates, employs and pays our staff. With over 40 cleaners, Jane ensures the right staff are matched to the right client. Her background is in cleaning, staff management and social work.

We have used Corporate Cleaning for many years now & can honestly say that we know every week without fail the job will be done to a high standard, the team work hard to ensure they do a job they can be proud of. If there are any issues within the building, they let us know straight away. Their window cleaning service is great, I highly recommend Corporate Cleaning as a trusted partner to keep the office as clean as it could be!

After two years of total dissatisfaction with our last cleaners, the positive comments from our staff after Corporate Cleaning Solutions' first night were incredible! Someone even said - hey they've even cleaned the tops of the cupboards! CCS' security focus was a good selling point for us because we have confidential client documents everywhere. We also didn't feel comfortable about leaving any valuables lying around before - but we do now. Even though we had a cleaning schedule with our former cleaners, our Log Book used to be full of requests to please clean this or that. Now the only comment we put in is "Thank you". They even let us know if we have left windows open!
